All PageNorth clients have access to our online support portal where new support tickets can be raised and updated, existing and previous tickets can be viewed and general account information is available .

Online Dashboard

We provide an online dashboard for our customers which allows them to view all 
of their websites at a glance. We are dedicated to providing excellent responsive websites, our clients can quickly view how their websites look on multiple devices from their browser.

Live Chat

Our managed clients have priority access to our live chat system where questions can be asked and tickets can be raised quickly. You can also use our chat system to request information on any of our plan's and our agents will arrange a callback to discuss your requirements.

Helpdesk

Our help desk system ensures you get access to the support you require in an efficient and easy manner. All tickets that are submitted into our helpdesk are organised on a priority basis and all new tickets raised will receive a reply within 24 hours from one of our helpdesk team.
